California Labor Law Posters

The State of California and the Federal Government require employers to post state and federal labor law postings in each facility where employees and applicants can view them. Failure to comply with posting regulations can result in fines. Our labor law posters are up to date and attorney approved. Both the state and federal minimum wage posters must be posted, even though California's minimum wage is currently higher than the federal minimum wage. Other unique posters and notices may be required depending on certain circumstances such as heavy equipment or forklifts, chemical use and government contracts.


Our California Labor Law Posters include mandatory state, federal, and OSHA mandatory posting requirements. Our Labor Law Poster is up to date with all recent changes in state and federal law. Note: Additional Mandatory postings for employers located within the County / City of San Francisco. The Minimum Wage Ordinance, San Francisco Administrative Code 12R mandates that every employer located within the County / City of San Francisco must display and adhere to the San Francisco 2013 Minimum Wage. In addition, the San Francisco Paid Sick Leave, and the San Francisco Health Care Security Ordinance (HCSO) are also required postings. 1. Does this plan provide everything I need to be compliant?
The State of California is very letigious, with many labor laws and posting requirements. The California Worry-Free Poster Solution provides all mandatory California State and Federal labor law postings. Additional industry specific postings may be required. In addition, employers in California are required to post their Inustrial Welfare Commission Posting, (also known as an IWC). Learn about the IWC Poster.


2. Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, absolutely. If you wish to cancel simply contact us at 888-306-7377 or email us at customerservice@osha4less.com within 90 days and we will end your membership and credit your account.


3. How do I sign up for membership?
It's easy! Choose from the options above, selecting a 1, 2 or 3 year plan, and then select your state from the drop down menu. Add your chosen product to the cart and complete checkout. Once the order has been placed, you are automatically enrolled in the program! We will immediately send you an up-to-date set of state and federal labor law posters.
